As a key member of the SymphonyAI Media team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing Salesforce CRM functionality, and supporting strategic business initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales efficiency, improving data-driven decision-making, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize business growth.
Job Description:
What You’ll Do

Oversee the configuration and effective use of Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, dashboard functionality, and support for sales strategies.

Evaluate and continuously improve the sales team’s effectiveness, identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvement tactics.

Collaborate on the development, maintenance, and delivery of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform business decisions.

Work closely with marketing to process and analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Manage projects aimed at improving sales and marketing processes, and develop sales tools to enhance account pursuit and communication efforts.
What You’ll Bring

Sales Operations Experience: Proven experience in sales operations and enablement, ideally within the media or technology sectors.

Salesforce Proficiency: Strong knowledge and administration skills in Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.

Requirements/Qualifications
