The Business Operations Analyst Role
The Business Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing meaningful insights and recommendations to the business, utilizing facts, data, and analysis to communicate the story. This role is responsible for analyzing and evaluating various aspects of the business, including marketing effectiveness, pipeline sufficiency, product growth, product adoption and utilization. The Analyst will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Data Business Unit.

- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations: Collect and analyze data. Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement based on data analysis, and provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams such product management, product marketing, engineering, finance, and operations teams to gather data, understand requirements, and develop solutions for operational challenges.
- Profit-minded approach: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements through data analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate measures. Apply a profit-minded mindset to all analyses and decision-making, focusing on improving financial performance and contributing to overall business profitability.
Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact
- Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the business
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Present findings, progress, and improvement initiatives in meetings
- Utilize Qlik sense to build Apps to visualize the KPI reports
- Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills to create models, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders
- Create KPI and reporting documentations as enablement content
- Document and evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement
- Support the annual planning process

- Excellent communication skills
- Collect and organize information and data from various sources in an effective way
- Examine the data to figure out what is important to the problem and how to best analyze it
- Ambition to solve problems and challenges using data analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- As a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 20.00 USD MIN – $25.00 USD MAX per year. The final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, group medical, dental and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, flexible paid vacation, 10 paid annual company holidays, 9 days of annual paid sick leave (prorated upon hire), up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and mental and emotional wellbeing benefits.
