The role
We are seeking an experienced
Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, who will lead our growing GTM Operations team, and accelerate our global revenue growth. This critical role will be responsible for architecting and driving operational excellence across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services and Partnerships functions. Reporting to the CRO, your team will own and optimize our GTM technology stack, design and implement efficient processes, deliver reporting and analytics, manage strategic projects, and provide impactful team enablement programs. You will be a trusted partner to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
What you'll bring to the role
- 8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps or Sales Operations.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in software companies.
- Deep experience with GTM processes and technology stacks.
- Strong analytical skills, and experience addressing complexity with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing in the role
- Develop and execute the GTM Operations strategy, partnering with the CRO and GTM Leadership team, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing GTM Operations team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance GTM efficiency and effectiveness. Design and implement efficient and scalable GTM processes.
- Own and optimize the GTM technology stack (including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, analytics tools). Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain detailed revenue analytics and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all GTM systems.
- Analyze GTM data to monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the GTM leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and manage strategic GTM projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Finance, Data and Supply teams.
- Develop and deliver effective GTM enablement programs, including training and resources. Ensure GTM teams are proficient in using GTM systems and processes. Create and maintain a knowledge base of GTM best practices.
- Oversee administration of sales compensation plans, including quotas, territories, and plan enhancements.
