The goal of the Sales Ops Business Partner / Contract Coordinator position is to increase operational efficiency and clarity of internal processes. The Contract Coordinator is a part of the Deal Desk team and partners closely with new and existing sales teams by driving effectiveness, efficiency, and enablement by assisting on revenue generating activities, supporting activities that drive Client Success, and enabling the GTM team on new processes and procedures.
Please Note - this will be a Fixed Term Contract position for approximately 12 months.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the GTM team across both New and Existing business to coordinate the creation, management, and auditing of contracts and Salesforce contract objects.
- Create product and service orders, contract addendums, and renewals, communicating with the cross functional teams as needed.
- Optimize Deal Desk case queue across Sharepoint and Workstreams to ensure proper documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Execute Close/Won process in salesforce to ensure accurate and timely order-to-cash process.
- Route customer asks to appropriate teams to address client inquiries and requirements effectively.
- Strategize with the existing business teams to discuss client usage, options, issues, renewals, and upsells.
- Execute internal projects as necessary to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to provide updates and process training to the GTM sales teams.
- Review over/under utilization reports for up-sale opportunities (over utilization) and clients that require immediate follow-up (under utilization).
YOUR PROFILE
- 2-3 years of operations, deal desk, sales, and/or project management experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, & PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
- Knowledge of Emarsys platform, products & services, and Salesforce experience are a plus
