This company is a privately held, local, well-respected real estate developer that is doing some of the highest quality, luxury high-rise developments in the state. They pride themselves on having a strong family culture that offers their people a long-term place to work and grow.

They are looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to work out in their main office in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing and leading the accounting functions and financial reporting, while overseeing a small 2-person accounting team. This position offers the right person the opportunity to work with some of the most tenured and successful people in the industry.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• 10 years of progressive accounting experience working for a developer or construction company

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Finance or similar

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and presentation skills using MS office (Excel, PP, Word)
