Job Title: Sr. Analyst /Sales Operations Analyst/ Sales Strategy Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office and 2 days work from home) at Seattle, WA 98103
Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension of or going permanent)
Pay Rate : $42-$46/hr on W2
Job Description:
- The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will be joining our Quota and Capacity Planning team, where she/he will partner with a variety of functions to support the regional Sales and Strategy teams through the company’s annual quota planning cycle and throughout the year as the organization changes. This position will require developing a broad understanding of many policies, processes, and technologies used to support the business. As a Quota & Capacity Planning team, we accelerate global ACV by delivering accurate, reliable quotas on time during both Fast Start as well as throughout the fiscal year. Responsibilities:
- Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to help drive insights for the regional strategy teams, based on an intimate knowledge of your support area
- Advise regional teams as to impact of go to market decisions on sales teams’ quotas during the company’s annual planning cycle
- Assist the Quota and Capacity Planning team in finding opportunities for increased optimization and effectiveness in our existing processes and models
Required Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance, delivering business analysis and insights
- B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering)
- Power user proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ability to tell a story in PowerPoint/Google Slides and knowledge of Databases (experience in designing and building complex models a big plus)
- Proven core values based in collaboration, transparency, equality, and putting the customer first
- Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, territory alignment
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, along with attention to detail
- Comfort to thrive in an environment where priorities change rapidly and require seamless pivoting to new projects, with many times unrealistic demands
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational skills
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment which may include extended time commitments during busy-season
An overview of a day for this role :
Routinely check for quota maintenance records that need to be submitted and then determine the appropriate quota for each Account Executive by referencing multiple tools, databases and records. Project manage the annual planning quota setting process for next year by partnering with Strategy stakeholders, providing instruction and enablement, ensuring that input from our Stakeholders is delivered on time, and escalating if there are concerns with meeting any deliverables on time.
Must have skills:
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working within multiple online tools, systems and databases to converge on a recommendation.
Identify where there may be issues with the data and troubleshoot based on a specific operating procedure.
Experiencing managing projects and working with stakeholders against tight timelines.
