Optavise Team is hiring a
Sales Operations Manager to take the inefficiencies and “friction” out of Sales, Account Management, and Alliance processes. The Sales Operations Manager will identify leading indicators to help the organization understand how we’re tracking against our revenue goals and implement practices to optimize revenue achievement. It’s the job of Sales Operations to help sales executives and the broader organization make sense of results and pinpoint how they are tracking against their business plans and the organization’s best practices.

As a Sales Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating the sales funnel and report on trends in the business related to pipeline and forecast dynamics.
- Planning, reporting, forecasting quota, sales process optimization, sales development, and territory planning.
- Creating and distributing sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization and broader business.
- Understanding the company’s long-term growth expectations, doing the research and analysis to assist in the planning of the sales organization and territory alignment.
- Influencing CRM and sales technology strategy to scale ahead of the business’ needs.
- Coordinating with all required resources to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product, and business systems teams.
- Synchronizing with Marketing to ensure alignment between the sales strategy and marketing execution.
- Developing key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
- Working with finance and human resources to develop and deliver sales incentive compensation plans to the Sales, Account Management, and Alliance teams.
- Representing the operations side of the business in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures.
- Facilitating and auditing deal review and approval procedures.
- Managing the evaluation and interpretation of data; identifying trends that signal new opportunities or challenges and dangers; converting data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics.
- Managing and coordinating with other Sales support and SF Admin resources.
- Supporting the needs of a diverse business with multiple product segments and potentially across multiple lines of business.
- Responsibility for sales training and enablement.
The Sales Operations Manager position is well suited for you if you:
- Influence sales productivity.
- Refine and enhance sales processes, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Possess strong interpersonal and team-building skills; with the ability to work with a diverse team and influence/ drive change across functional and business boundaries.
- Have outstanding technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Develop relationships with and present to executive leadership.
- Hod a successful track record of working effectively at all levels within the organization.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience in this or similar role is required.
- Seven years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management.
- Expert in BI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive first-hand experience with SF.com.
What will set you apart:
- MBA is preferred.
- Benefits/Healthcare – sales rep or manager is strongly preferred.
- Startup and SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience as a sales rep or manager is a major plus.
- Previous team leadership is ideal.
- Experience with change management associated with mergers & acquisitions desired.

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
