Job Description
As a Business Consultant on the GTM Services (GTMS) Business Strategy & Operations team, you will play an important role in driving the strategy and supporting day-to-day operations. The primary focus for this role will be developing reporting and dashboards that will be used by the GTMS Leadership Team to help inform decisions and run the business. This is an individual contributor role, but may be responsible for leading project teams.
Essential Functions

Develop ad-hoc and scheduled reports/dashboard/visualizations based on various OKRs and performance metrics. These are to be used by executives within Client Services as well as leaders within partner teams, such as Product.

Work directly with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements to address the specific business needs.

Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommendations for improvements.

Present deliverables to leaders and other internal stakeholders.

Assist with development of presentations for executive review.

Work with partners throughout the organization to explore opportunities for using Visa data to drive business solutions.

Lead or support process improvement initiatives.

Support other GTMS initiatives/projects/task forces, as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

3+ years of experience and advanced proficiency with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

Curiosity to understand the business

Proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels

Proficient with the following MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

Ability to set priorities and manage expectations while working as part of a team or independently

Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required

Experience working in a client facing role

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500 to 163,050 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
