Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Strategy: Lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring that financial performance aligns with iBell’s long-term goals and growth objectives.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and present accurate financial statements and reports, offering insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and financial forecasts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Oversee cash flow, manage liquidity, and implement effective strategies to optimize working capital.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure the company’s financial practices are in compliance with local and international regulations, including RBI guidelines for international sales and GST.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and the execution of strategies across the business.
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in financial operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management, board members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, demonstrating strong leadership in financial operations.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to international sales and GST regulations.
- Knowledge in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) guidelines, including compliance with regulatory frameworks and sector-specific policies to ensure adherence to international investment standards and laws.
- Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
- Prior experience with SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
