Position Overview:
The Business Operations Manager will lead the development and expansion of VN.com’s developer ecosystem. This role involves crafting strategies to attract and retain global developers, managing partnerships, and driving community engagement. The manager will collaborate with the technical team to provide robust developer support and will design incentives to foster innovation. Regular industry analysis and strategic marketing initiatives will also be key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Ecosystem Construction
- Plan and implement strategies to build a thriving developer ecosystem, attracting developers and project teams to the VN.com platform.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer developers a seamless experience, with comprehensive SDKs, APIs, and technical support.
- Partner Development and Management
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential developers and project teams to foster application development on the VN.com platform.
- Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring continuous engagement and tracking project progress.
- Developer Community Operations
- Design and operate an active developer community through both online and offline events, such as hackathons, developer conferences, and technical workshops.
- Develop and manage platforms for developer interaction, including forums, blogs, and discussion groups to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Incentive Mechanism and Support System
- Create incentive mechanisms, including token rewards, developer competitions, and financial support, to motivate high-quality application development.
- Provide technical support to developers, working closely with the technical team to address and resolve developer issues.
- Business Strategy and Marketing
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand and add value to the platform’s developer ecosystem.
- Promote VN.com’s developer environment through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and social media to attract a wider developer audience.
- Industry Analysis and Competitive Research
- Conduct ongoing market research in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized applications, staying updated on trends and competitor strategies.
- Report ecosystem performance and partnership outcomes to management and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in business operations or developer ecosystem management, preferably within Web3, blockchain, or decentralized applications.
- Proven experience in developer engagement, partnership management, and project execution.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with developer tools, tech stacks, and a foundational technical background to facilitate smooth communication with developers and technical teams.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business relationship skills to build and maintain developer and project partnerships.
- Experience in developer community management, with the ability to boost engagement through events and incentives.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage global developers and project partners.
