Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Help manage digital presence and support community engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, including pitch deck creation and grant research.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product positioning.
- Organize and participate in workshops to drive learning, collaboration, and business growth.
- Assist in structuring and compiling key business, product, and funding-related documents.
Qualifications:

- Market research: Ability to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Growth & sales: Experience in user acquisition, partnerships, or fundraising is a plus.
- Communication skills: Strong writing and presentation skills for pitches and outreach.
- Business acumen: Understanding of business models, revenue strategies, and scaling start-ups.
- Initiative & problem-solving: A self-starter who can take ownership and drive results.
- Marketing & branding: Familiarity with digital marketing, content strategy, or social media.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
