Open Position: Go-to-Market Business Advisor (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive professional with a strong sales mindset to join our team in Hamburg. This is a part-time position (approx. 60–80%) with the possibility to grow into a full-time role. Our working model is hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Hamburg city centre office, and the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
YOUR ROLE
As a Go-to-Market Business Advisor, you’ll support our Finnish clients in their market entry to Germany. You’ll conduct market research, build relationships with potential partners, and identify concrete sales opportunities. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our clients’ international growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market screening and in-depth analysis, including phone interviews.
• Initiate and manage sales activities for Finnish clients by identifying and connecting with relevant business partners and customers in Germany – primarily through proactive outreach.
• Represent clients at business events, conferences, and trade fairs.
• Support clients with operational challenges as they navigate the German market.
• Assist with company establishment processes and contribute to M&A projects when applicable.
WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR
• A driven and curious professional with a passion for sales, business development, and opening new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Confidence in direct outreach activities, including cold calling and client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to produce actionable research insights.
• Experience in international business, market entry, or business development is considered a plus.
