Manager, Revenue Operations
Location: Bangalore, India
Your Role:
The Revenue Operations Organization goal is to craft and maintain the mechanism necessary to accelerate SolarWinds GTM performance. This role will report to the Director of Rev Ops Strategy at SolarWinds. This role will help build out and be accountable for internal process design & documentation, system and workflow improvement, and cadenced functional planning. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, strategic thinking, as well as a passion for continuous improvement.
Your Impact:
- Lead various Rev Ops initiatives to help drive revenue growth.
- Improve, design, implement, and document internal processes that accelerates the evolution of the GTM organization.
- Oversee customer & partner data capture, processing, and analysis and overall data governance.
- Analyze GTM systems and processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of GTM strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
- Use Reports and Dashboards to drive data hygiene in CRM and other supporting systems.
- Partner collaboratively with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to build priorities and roadmap of executional areas.
- Support the Director of Rev Ops strategy in gathering business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, building out POCs for systems transformation.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, deal desk, sales enablement, data governance, or strategy. Strong experience in lead management preferred.
- Expertise in product, sales, channel & marketing organizations.
- Advanced proficiency with SFDC from a system & reporting perspective, SFDC certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel is a must have skill.
- Ability to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate into an operational plan of execution.
- Ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High degree of responsibility and accountability.
