Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Management – Oversee the product development process in close coordination with central product team.
- Product Launch strategy and execution – Co create launch strategy with the IMC team and the platform (Amazon/Flipkart) and execute the strategy on platforms ensuring an impeccable launch.
- P&L Management - Own cost improvements and maximize profit share. Control offers running on selection within the platforms (Flipkart/Amazon) and minimize spends (with minimum effect on sales).
- Sales – Devise an action plan to achieve yearly sales target. Maximize sales while maintaining healthy DOH and controlling offers on the platforms.
- Customer/Market research and understanding – Be customer oriented by developing a deep understanding of customer behavior for smartphone category. Understanding of smartphone industry and track competition.
- Portfolio management – Ensure selection runs with the right offers and MOP, benchmark our products against competition.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/commerce (or equivalent). MBA in strategy/marketing
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- 8-10 years of working experience in e commerce industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems.
