We’re hiring an Accountant & Business Operations Specialist to manage the financials for three affiliated entities (QuickBooks + ERP), manage a showroom, and support cross-functional areas like facilities coordination, marketing & sales, and new customer training.

Who We're Looking For:
- Analytical and process-driven mindset
- Strong GAAP and accrual accounting knowledge

- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- GAAP and accrual accounting knowledge
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills

- Ability to create and improve processes
- Strong Excel and technology skills
- Comfortable juggling tasks and wearing multiple hats
What You'll Do:
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for three entities
- Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Use both QuickBooks Online and Visual ERP
- Write and document SOPs for accounting processes
- Manage a showroom
- Schedule sales appointments
- Maintain a CRM
- Oversee building service contracts and vendor bids
- Support special projects from the President. Controller, and Director of Marketing
