Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes within Salesforce.
- Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting process.
- Configure and maintain SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales operations.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.
- Ensure proper SFDC Configuration to align with business needs and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce analytics.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization.
- Have extensive experience in Subscription Management and Billing within Salesforce.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce CPQ and SFDC Sales Cloud.
- Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and experience in business process improvement.
- Have excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
