Our Global specialist's (GS) group is a dynamic organization, where innovation and technology come together to deliver customer outcomes. We need world class talent who can design that plan to make our sales teams do just that. We are Global Specialist Central Strategy & Planning org. We are seeking a best-in-class GTM Strategy & Planning Manager, who can partner with Sales Strategy Planning & Operations (SP&O) Architecture leaders and GS SP&O head and SUPPORT them to craft data driven GTM strategy & Planning, run the business and implement operational plans/key initiatives that translate into sales growth in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team and cross functional collaborators.
Your impact
- You'll support on developing Long Range and Annual Strategic plans and ensure the business launches each half and year with strategic plans on time, develop processes to accelerate timing.
- You are strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing the effort, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, building an exec level story complete with recommendations.
- As a strong communicator with influencing skills, you'll experience working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and conducting exec conversations.
- Extensive experience working directly with Executive leadership, and ability to steer alignment across multiple cross functional areas.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a combination of sales strategy, planning & operations, or (preferred) management consulting.
- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Project management experience and skills required to drive key GTM programs
- Proven experience partnering with executive sales strategic planning & operations leaders to drive growth plans, run the business deliverables (QBOs, Forecast, leadership offsites) and operational activities.
- Be fact-based, hands on with data and analysis where needed while also applying existing standard methodologies wherever possible.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools and SQL a plus
