About the Role:
The GTM Strategy Manager will be instrumental in executing Hippo's strategic vision. This highly cross-functional role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and execution excellence, driving initiatives across Product, Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will identify and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement business operations strategies to drive scalable growth
- Align sales, marketing, product, and finance operations with business goals
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales targets, retention, price competitiveness, customer satisfaction)
- Create and execute project plans for piloting and operationalizing strategic initiatives
- Own a GTM strategy domain, serving as the central point of contact for execution and accountability
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives that advance strategic priorities
- Build leadership dashboards, tracking revenue, sales performance, and key business drivers
- Identify and execute data-driven opportunities to enhance efficiency and revenue growth
- Optimize workflows and introduce process automation tools to improve operations
- Track and analyze GTM campaign performance, including customer acquisition and conversion rates
- Prepare strategic reports with actionable insights for senior leadership
- Develop scalable processes for lead management, sales enablement, and performance tracking to enhance decision-making across teams
- Partner closely with data and engineering teams to refine reporting infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy and usability of business intelligence tools
- This is an individual contributor role with a growth path to team management
Must Haves
- 6-8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Business Operations, Product Management, Strategy, or Growth
- Strong analytical and technical skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to visualize and present data for impact
- Exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex ideas for all levels of an organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional impact without direct authority
- Experience working with sales and marketing technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce) to drive process automation and reporting
- Understanding of GTM motion dynamics, including lead conversion, customer segmentation, ROI and revenue forecasting
