Who You Are
You will lead the company's financial operations, strategy, compliance, and risk management while guiding the finance team to support business growth and achieve organisational goals.
- Over 10 years of senior financial leadership managing multiple industries or divisions
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams under pressure
- Expertise in financial systems and processes including Jobpac and office software proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge of project finance and financial systems
- Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into strategic business decisions
- Outstanding communication skills for internal and external stakeholder relationship management
- CA or CPA qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred,
- Skilled at building cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Ability to adapt financial strategies to changing market and business conditions
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards to build trust with stakeholders
- Lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across diverse business portfolios
- Manage group financial reporting ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
- Implement a robust risk management framework, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal controls
- Drive operational efficiencies in financial and accounting processes group-wide
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and advisors
- Deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to support decision-making by leadership and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategy with broader organisational objectives
