About the Role:
TopHat HR, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to streamline sales processes, optimize CRM management, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in sales operations, CRM automation, data analytics, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless workflows and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & CRM Management:
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM (or similar systems), ensuring data accuracy, automation efficiency, and seamless integrations.
- Assign incoming leads to SDRs, AEs, and CS teams based on predefined criteria.
- Oversee demo scheduling, tracking, and notes management in the Revenue channel.
- Perform daily checks on automation workflows, including proposal requests and ticket assignments.
- Ensure smooth handoff of pending proposals from SDRs to AEs and maintain sales pipeline efficiency.
- Support pricing proposal creation and timely submissions for Print & Mail and Address Verification products.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards to track key sales metrics.
- Analyze lead conversion rates, sales performance trends, and revenue impact to identify growth opportunities.
- Use statistical tools to interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets for forecasting and diagnosis.
- Prepare reports highlighting sales trends, pipeline performance, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance strategies and improve reporting accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM systems) and automation tools.
- Experience in lead management, sales reporting, and CRM data optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales cycles, conversion rates, and forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate with revenue teams and drive operational efficiencies.
- Experience with process automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization.
