Tiffee Companies is a growth-oriented remodeling company with operations in Oregon, Southwest Washington, and the greater San Diego area. We are seeking a results-driven leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee the front-end processing of customer orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across multiple functions. Your team's responsibilities will include consumer financing, order review and processing, commission administration, and other critical duties as determined by the company. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Customer Order Approvals: Collaborate with Finance Managers to secure approvals for customer orders and ensure smooth processing
- Finance Oversight: Monitor finance approval trends and fee statistics, providing insights to optimize processes.
- Banking Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to support financing operations.
- Order Processing Efficiency: Oversee the jobs-on-hold process to facilitate timely and efficient order completion.
- Issue Resolution: Engage with the Sales Operations team and Sales Managers to address and resolve pending order-related issues.
- Commissions Administration: Manage the commission workflow to ensure accurate and timely payments for sales representatives.
- Appointment Quality Assurance: Oversee the appointment review process to maintain high-quality sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Ensure data accuracy and proper functionality of company CRM tools to support sales operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Work with the team's Data Analyst to generate reports on key sales and finance metrics.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support other tasks as needed within the scope of sales operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales operations, inside sales, or a related role, preferably within the home improvement industry
- CRM and Systems Expertise: Proven experience managing CRM systems, with preference for Salesforce and Quickbase.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical Abilities: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to support decision-making and process improvements.
