We are looking for a dynamic Associate to join our Go-to-Market vertical within the Global Integrated Marketing department. In this role, you will be supporting the team in executing global product launches and marketing operations that aligns with our business strategy, as well as deliver on marketing objectives and business growth for the world’s leading gaming chair brand.
Our Integrated Marketing team is involved with all Secretlab’s marketing efforts, including the launch of the multiple award-winning TITAN Evo Series and the Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk, as well as collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Warner Bros.’s Batman and Game of Thrones, Riot Games’ League of Legends, as well as premier esports international tournaments such as Dota 2’s The International and Riot Games’ League of Legends World Championships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the planning and execution of Global product launches and cross-functional marketing projects.
- Drive the operational management of all global marketing programmes, sale campaigns, and other cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Plan, propose and drive marketing opportunities that align with the company strategy and business objectives.
- Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment, smooth execution and overall project success.
- Support in identifying opportunities for process improvement across the team and implementing systems/ processes as needed
Requirements
- Minimum diploma qualification
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Associate or similar role with 1-3 years of project management experience
- Experienced in stakeholder, escalation and risk management
- Strong in critical thinking and able to propose well considered recommendations
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage tasks efficiently and effectively
- Self-motivating and able to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work independently
- Keen learner; open to trying new things and taking on new challenges
- Open to receiving candid and objective performance feedback and seeing it as a way of growth
- Strong proficiency in computer programs٫ including MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Comfortable with handling administrative tasks
