Sales Operations Administrator
Location: Exeter, Full-time - On-Site
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy supporting sales and
operations teams to ensure smooth processes and great customer service? We’re looking for a
Sales Operations Administrator to join our team!
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing
and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
● Preparing and processing sales quotes and sales orders
● Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers
● Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems
● Invoicing customers and tracking payments
● Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
● Providing customer service support for order inquiries and updates
● Assisting with contract support and data management
● Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate customer and order information
● Tracking profit
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
● Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software and excel (Cin7Core,
Pipedrive or similar is a plus!) - Desirable
● A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
