Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy supporting sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and great customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing sales quotes and sales orders
- Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers
- Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems
- Invoicing customers and tracking payments
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Providing customer service support for order inquiries and updates
- Assisting with contract support and data management
- Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate customer and order information
- Tracking profit
ABOUT YOU
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and order management software (Cin7Core, Pipedrive or similar is a plus!)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
