Co-Founder / Head of GTM
Qualifications
- You're in San Francisco or you're willing to relocate, you love working in-person, and you're serious about joining us to build a culture we'll all love.
- A founder's mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in AI with an enterprise SaaS twist, who will own our commercial strategy from the ground up.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work side-by-side with the Founder, taking ownership of GTM strategies and execution.
- Track Record of Closing Deals: Demonstrable success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing major enterprise accounts.
- Industry Network a PLUS: Relationships with major banks, A/R Financing or finance companies is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to define growth roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, and pivot quickly.
- Startup DNA: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Eager to wear multiple hats and build systems from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating early-stage startup dynamics.

- Design effective sales and marketing motions to maximize alignment with market demands.
- Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value for all stakeholders.
- Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and deepen existing customer relationships.
- Provide mentorship and strategic insights to drive revenue and long-term growth.
