### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented *Business Operations Manager* to oversee and optimize key business functions, including production, order fulfillment, sales, marketing, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, drive growth initiatives, and manage key client and distributor relationships.

### *Key Responsibilities:*
### *1. Overseeing Production and Order Fulfillment*
- Monitor and manage the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output.
- Streamline order fulfillment operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Implement process improvements to minimize errors and enhance productivity.
### *2. Overseeing Marketing and Growth Efforts – Online and Offline*
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
- Identify and implement offline marketing campaigns, such as events and partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and promotional activities.
### *3. Key Account Management – Distributors, New & Existing Clients*
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors and business partners.
- Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with distributors to optimize supply and demand.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive long-term business success.
### *4. Overseeing the Sales Function*
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasting models to support business planning and expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
### *5. Team Building and Coordination*
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across various functions.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Implement performance management strategies to ensure team efficiency and accountability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and improve cross-functional coordination.
### *Required Qualifications & Skills:*
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales, or marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
