- Optimizing Marketing touchpoints across Business Units: Build and scale successful Marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities , leveraging marketing automation to engage existing customers and increase customer lifetime value.
- Sales & Growth Enablement: Support the creation of sales enablement materials, including product presentations, case studies & Sales narrative, and drive knowledge-sharing and efficiency.
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking : Strong strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experience in analyzing market trends and custom
Project Management & Collaboration : Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Go-to-Market Expertise : Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, sales enablement, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI); knowledge of air freight/logistics is a plus.
Sales & CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with lead management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support commercial success.
Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence international teams.
