We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own and optimize our CRM infrastructure, drive process automation, and support sales and account management teams with insightful reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is an experienced HubSpot administrator with an interest in revenue operations who can think strategically, identify efficiencies, and unlock data-driven performance across our teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the design and execution of revenue operations strategies, aiding in process improvements that enhance sales and account management performance.
- Administer and optimize HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and the effective use of workflows and automation to streamline processes.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot integrations with NetSuite and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment across teams.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics to track pipeline health, activity tracking, and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and addressing incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect records, improving the reliability of insights used for decision-making.
- Assist in executing CRM and RevOps-related projects, contributing insights and coordination to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar/related role
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM administration, reporting, workflows, automation, integrations).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, dashboards).
- Operational experience in supporting sales, marketing, or account management teams.
- Experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with NetSuite (CRM data, reporting, integration management) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
