Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business and is located in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and optimizing sales processes to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams. You will report directly to Jenny Parris and regularly collaborate with sales departments and Leaders

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Salesforce.com Administration & Management
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce.com, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and system efficiency.
- Creating and optimizing dashboards, reports, and workflows to support sales operations.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to implement enhancements and automation within Salesforce.
- Providing training and support to sales teams on SFDC best practices.
Pipeline Reporting & Analytics
- Developing and maintain sales pipeline reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into sales performance.
- Analyzing sales trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Tracking and measure sales performance against goals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Partnering with finance and marketing teams to align reporting with business objectives.
Sales Process Optimization
- Identifying and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
- Monitoring sales cycle trends and recommend strategies for acceleration.
- Assisting in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on data and reporting needs.
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as sales enablement, lead management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Assisting in CRM integrations with marketing automation and other sales tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in Gift Card industry or similar Fintech background.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
- Experience working with SQL or other data query languages.
