Role Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across our sales, marketing, and customer success functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, be exceptionally organized, and have a deep understanding of the GTM (Go-To-Market) function. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on our growth trajectory.
Requirements
CRM Migration Project:
Lead and quarterback the migration from our current CRM to a new platform. This includes:
- Mapping out all current sales and customer success processes
- Identifying opportunities for optimization
- Designing and implementing objects and workflows in the new CRM
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and provides full functionality for customer acquisition and retention processes
GTM KPIs & Metrics Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting on GTM KPIs and metrics to senior leadership across the business.
Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
GTM Tech Stack Administration: Own the administration and vendor relations for all tools in our GTM tech stack.
Innovation & Best Practices: Keep the team informed of GTM AI innovations, new tools that streamline processes, and disruptive technologies that provide a competitive edge.
Revenue Reporting: Collaborate closely with Finance to manage monthly and quarterly revenue reporting.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing support for Sales team tasks such as contact enrichment, close-out approvals, territory planning, and assignment.
Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve GTM processes and efficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations leadership position
- Proven track record of optimizing revenue processes and driving business growth
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of accountability
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of GTM functions
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights and recommend improvements
- Experience as a CRM administrator
- Functional understanding of SaaS accounting metrics
