The Role
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build and lead our RevOps function from the ground up. As the founding member, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure data integrity, process optimization, and strategic insights that fuel revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to progress into a leadership position as the business scales too.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Establish and refine RevOps processes to drive operational excellence.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, workflows, and process improvements.
- Define and optimize territory planning & account strategy to ensure balanced resource allocation.
Data Integrity & Analytics
- Own CRM data hygiene, automation, and optimization (Close, HubSpot).
- Develop forecasting models and ensure alignment with sales leadership.
- Build dashboards and reports for key sales metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue trends).
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Tech Stack & Tools Management
- Oversee the sales technology ecosystem (CRM, analytics tools).
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
Sales Enablement & Strategic Collaboration
- Develop enablement resources to support the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing & Product to refine lead generation, handoffs, and expansion strategies.
- Administer sales compensation plans and support enterprise sales launch with scalable processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in revenue operations roles within a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot and data visualization (e.g. Metabase).
- Strong ability to analyze sales data, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement best practices.
