Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce CPQ Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Salesforce CPQ for clients, ensuring that business processes and needs are met.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ to support pricing models, discounting strategies, and product configurations.
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, pricing rules, bundles, and discount structures.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with sales, finance, and other departments to gather and define CPQ requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Customization & Integration:
- Customize Salesforce CPQ templates for quotes, contracts, and proposals.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications as needed.
- User Training & Support:
- Provide training to end-users and ensure the smooth adoption of CPQ tools.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to CPQ functionalities.
- Optimization & Process Improvement:
- Monitor and optimize the CPQ processes to improve efficiency and sales cycle time.
- Implement best practices for pricing and quoting workflows within Salesforce.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Develop test plans, conduct testing, and resolve issues found during the testing process.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, price rules, quote templates, and order management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and its integration with CPQ.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration with other systems (ERP, CRM) is beneficial.
- Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business and technical issues.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and users at various levels.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise documentation and training materials.
