Are you an experienced CFO with a passion for financial operations, regulatory compliance, and helping high-growth or regulated businesses scale responsibly? We’re looking for fractional CFOs to support our clients across the financial services industry.
As a fractional CFO, you’ll bring leadership, financial discipline, and a regulatory-first mindset to organizations navigating reporting requirements, budgeting processes, financial risk, and CIRO expectations. You’ll work with engaged executive teams and regulators to guide financial decision-making, ensure strong operational controls, and help firms mature their FinOps function.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Completion of the Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers (PDO) Course
- Completion of the Chief Financial Officers Qualifying Examination (CFO)
- Recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA)
- Deep experience in:
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and financial risk management
- Regulatory requirements tied to Financial Operations
- Financial and accounting systems and reporting standards
- Experience supporting the build-out of FinOps programs
- Strong skills in drafting financial policies and procedures
- Familiarity or experience with crypto assets (preferred)
- Previously registered in a CFO capacity with CIRO, or no issues preventing registration
