Overview:
As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a motivated RevOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. They will own our commercial tech stack and lead insights that power our sales and marketing engine. This will be a cross-functional role where you'll report directly to the VP Finance and Operations and collaborate closely with the leadership team at 32co.
Responsibilities:
- Lead RevOps systems. Own and optimize the configuration of our RevOps tools, particularly Hubspot.
- Training and Support. Support day to day queries and requests whilst also training sales and marketing teams on system usage and best practices.
- Process Improvement. Lead on process improvement, new systems and automation across the sales and marketing funnel.
- Strategic Analytics. Deliver regular insights and dashboards on commercial performance (e.g. pipeline, conversion, churn); track and report on key sales and marketing KPIs.
- Commercial Insights. Analyse commercial data to uncover opportunities for growth or efficiency to support the VP Finance and CEO with wider business strategy.
- Forecasting and Planning. Work with the VP finance to develop models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support Funding Rounds. Assist the VP Finance and CEO in preparing materials and analysis for funding rounds and investor requests.
Requirements:
- Your enthusiasm for RevOps is evident. 2-4 years experience in Revenue Operations or Systems.
- Analytics. Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus but not essential.
- Communication. Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Juggling multiple tasks? You’ve got this! You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. You remain positive and focused under pressure and enjoy being set new challenges.
- Flexibility is your superpower. Change is inevitable but you’ll embrace and welcome change, easily adapting to or suggesting new ideas.

- Organisation is crucial. As you will be spinning many plates you need to be extremely organised, to ensure that all systems and processes are running smoothly.
- Proactive by nature. You don’t just react but you are able to anticipate. You’re always thinking forwards, ensuring you’re prioritising the right tasks and you love to continue to learn.
- Seeking a hybrid role. Our office is based in Hoxton and we commute in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
