- Partners with Account Management leaders to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities based on key sales metrics
- Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs to strengthen the skills and capabilities of account management teams
- Designs and implements strategies to enhance account management effectiveness and success
- Ensures continuous upskilling and provides development opportunities for talent in the organization, and is always recruiting future leaders for the organization
- Coordinates with other operational roles to help deliver service-oriented experiences for our corporate and agency partners
- Oversees the planning, execution, and promotion of sales events (e.g., conferences, route launches) to advance organizational objectives
- Directs the creation and management of advisory boards to gather insights and feedback from industry leaders, corporate customers, and agency partners
- Leads a multi-layered team to analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitors strategic performance metrics like revenue share, discounts, and corporate customer and agency partner NPS
- Oversees creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to sales teams and leadership
- Oversees the development and implementation of short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve the sales organization’s revenue and growth targets, while achieving company profitability targets
- Works cross functionally and aligns stakeholders to establish specific targets for sales functions and accounts
- Builds relationships with business leaders at all levels within the Sales organization to understand what data and analytics are needed to most effectively reach broader organizational goals
- Oversees the management of sales tools, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and enhance team productivity
- Acts as a strategic thought partner to Sales leaders, recommending behavior, process, and tool enhancements to drive greater efficiency

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience/training
- 7 years airline or related sales experience
- 7 years management/leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer centric roles

- Proven success in sales training, strategy, sales skills enablement, and/or talent management
