Unstop is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who can be the liaison between the Operations team and the users. They will be responsible for resolving users' issues and requests in a timely manner. Prioritize, organize and execute solutions to said issues and requests.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with user
- Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA
- Coordinate and cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
- Communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement
- Monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website
- Liaise between the user and internal teams, interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account
- Receive and respond to approval and notifications
- Resolve any issues faced by the users, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time
- Update user through email, phone and online presentations
Requirement:
- Freshers
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Note: This is a non technical customer centric role.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
