Salesforce CPQ Architect
Primary Skills
- 4-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Overall 10+ IT exp)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Demonstrated experience in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, Talend).
- Proven success in data migration efforts, including large-volume product and quote data.
- Hands-on development skills: , SOQL, Flow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce CPQ Certification highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce CPQ Architect to join our growing team in the U.S. This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end CPQ solutions with a strong focus on integration, data migration, and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to architect and implement scalable CPQ solutions that drive sales efficiency and improve quote-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CPQ solution architect and technical lead for Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements.
- Be hands-on in building/configuring product bundles, pricing models, discounting logic, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Lead the integration strategy and execution between Salesforce CPQ and external systems such as ERP (SAP, NetSuite), Billing, CLM, and eSignature platforms.
- Own the data migration approach, including mapping, transformation, and loading of product, pricing, quote, and contract data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate needs into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration/data flow specifications.
- Guide and review development activities across onshore/offshore teams.
- Maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and reusability.
- Provide leadership during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
