Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager focused in CPQ technology to join our client. This role requires a strong understanding of software delivery cycles, particularly in e-commerce, CPQ, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grasp technical concepts (NO CODING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED), communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, and drive projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have the ability to zoom in on projects and zoom out to understand the program/bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Understand and communicate the technical aspects of software delivery, including e-commerce, CPQ, and ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Drive program and project management processes, including maintaining artifacts and adhering to best practices.
- Take ownership of projects, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Act as a consultant, providing best practices and creating roadmaps for project success.
- Utilize Jira for release schedules, sprint planning, and budget tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, maintaining a change log and escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on software delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and artifacts.
- REQUIRED: Experience with CPQ implementations and bespoke custom solutions.
- Ability to adapt to new concepts and drive projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and customers.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to provide best practices and create roadmaps.
- Familiarity with Jira, NetSuite, and other project management tools.
- PMP certification is a plus not required
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
