Profile sought:

5+ years of experience in senior finance roles (Private Equity, Investment Banking, Hospitality, Family Office, etc.)
Strong experience in fund structuring and investor reporting
Expertise in cross-border tax and legal structuring (U.S., Europe, Offshore)
Mandatory knowledge of GAAP
Charismatic, trustworthy, meticulous
Bilingual in French and English with an international mindset
