An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim CFO to join a well-established, consumer group operating a portfolio of highly regarded brands.
The business operates across multiple sites and the role will be pivotal in strengthening financial performance, improving profitability and supporting the leadership team through the next phase of the business’s development.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and commercial performance, with a particular focus on site-level profitability, cost margins, and operational efficiency. They will also support strategic decision-making, investment appraisal and robust financial controls.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in multi-site operationally complex consumer business. They will combine strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
