Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and financial strategy
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and related regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with financial systems, ERP implementations, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading an IPO process or significant fundraising efforts
- Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, venture capital, and investor relations
- Track record of successful fundraising with strong connections to venture capital firms and investors, particularly in the U.S
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. and European financial and investment landscape
- Experience leading multiple funding rounds, with expertise in managing relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners
Pay range and compensation package - £200-280K or equivalent day rate
