We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to turn data into insights that drive smarter decision-making across our sales organisation. In this role, you will analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for process optimization, and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance efficiency and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and collaborate with teams across Strategy, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure data-driven improvements.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires both analytical expertise and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate has experience working with sales data in a fast-paced consulting or high-growth tech environment and is comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Duties
Analyse sales data and generate reports that provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Transform raw data into strategic insights that inform sales leadership and drive executive decision-making and sales strategy.
Build and maintain executive dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other reporting systems.
Collaborate with the Sales Ops team and sales leadership to streamline workflows, improve lead-to-close processes, and remove bottlenecks.
Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.
Document processes and best practices, ensuring adoption across the sales team.
