- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across the business
- Drive commercial and operational performance through robust financial analysis
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, and potential exit planning
- Oversee working capital management, particularly around inventory and manufacturing cost bases
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure to support scale
- Provide input on pricing, margin, and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven CFO or senior Finance Director experience within a manufacturing or industrial business
- Prior experience in a PE-backed environment is essential — comfortable with investor reporting, covenant management, and value-creation agendas
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into business strategy
- Experience managing working capital and cost structures in a manufacturing/production setting
- A hands-on operator who's equally comfortable in the detail and at Board level
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with M&A, refinancing, or exit processes is highly desirable

- Salary: £150,000
- Performance-related bonus
- Potential equity/management incentive scheme (typical in PE-backed businesses)
- Based in London
- The opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business's growth and value-creation journey
