Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
Type: Contract
Location: Seattle, Spokane, or Colville, WA
Hourly Rate: $22 - $26/hour, depending on experience.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator for a top client! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing incoming applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines, and delivering a very high level of service. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking, prioritization, and clear communication are key.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of applications with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth application handling.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and navigate websites and web-based applications with confidence.
- Support sales operations and administrative functions as needed.
- Coordinate external staffing for client benefit and health fairs, including contractor onboarding, annual training, event documentation, payroll submission, and live event support.
- Provide support for client events, including those held outside of standard business hours and across time zones.
- Coordinate events, vendors, supplies, and contract support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook.
- Proven ability to manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable navigating and resolving issues within websites and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with a distributed team.
- Experience in event coordination and logistics
