We’re looking for a Rev Ops Engineer who doesn’t just clean data or build dashboards—you automate the motion of revenue itself. If you’ve been running GTM automations, building RevOps stacks, and replacing manual work with smart systems, this is your next leap

What You’ll Own
• Automate GTM workflows across marketing, sales, CS, and finance—from lead intake to renewals
• Design intelligent systems using tools like n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, NetSuite, and GPT agents
• Unify revenue data across the funnel—making it actionable and accessible
• Replace human handoffs with seamless routing, triggers, and alerts
• Build the dashboards leadership uses weekly to drive execution
• Create playbooks that scale without scaling headcount
What Success Looks Like
• 50%+ of GTM workflows automated within 6 months
• 10–20% gain in sales and CS productivity
• AI agents handling repetitive intake, routing, and renewals
• Dashboards shipped weekly with zero manual updates
• No more tool sprawl or “who owns this?” confusion
What You Bring
• 2+ years in RevOps automation roles at a SaaS, tech, or product-led company
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• HubSpot, n8n or Make, Airtable
• NetSuite or similar ERP
• Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Experience designing AI-powered or automated workflows
• Comfort operating as a builder—you write, wire, ship, and improve systems
• Sharp instincts for revenue levers, customer journey, and GTM alignment
Compensation
• $100,000-150,000
