The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will direct and oversee all financial strategy, planning, and operations of the hotel organization. The CFO is responsible for ensuring the financial health, stability, and long-term growth of the company through effective leadership, compliance, and strategic financial management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage all accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting functions of the hotel operations.
- Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Forecast financial performance, analyze trends, and provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Communicate effectively in multiple languages to interact with international clients, vendors, and a multicultural workforce.
- Review and interpret financial documents, contracts, and agreements in more than one language as required.
- Contribute to overall corporate strategy and operational planning in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
