Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Global Trade Management (GTM) implementations from discovery to go-live across multiple industries.
- Gather business requirements, run blueprint workshops, and translate processes into functional specifications and BRF+ configurations.
- Design integrated solutions covering sales, procurement, logistics, and compliance, aligning with global trade regulations and tax policies.
- Coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW objects, data migration, and interface development to ensure seamless system integration.
- Drive UAT, cut-over, and hypercare activities, resolving defects and optimizing performance within agreed SLAs.
- Mentor junior consultants, enforce SAP best practices, and advise stakeholders on GTM roadmap and value realization.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 8+ years functional experience in SAP GTM or Foreign Trade, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA projects.
- Expertise in configuration of GTM trading contracts, commodity pricing, settlement, and compliance.
- Hands-on BRF+, Fiori apps, and integration with SD, MM, FI-CO modules.
- Proven client-facing leadership and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and test management capabilities.
Preferred
- Exposure to GTS, SAP BTP, or third-party trade content providers.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project delivery and SAP Activate methodology.
- Relevant SAP certification in S/4HANA Supply Chain or GTM.
