We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive product-driven growth and user adoption at scale. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to make users discover value fast, engage deeply with the product, and convert into long-term paying customers.
You will lead the complete growth engine, from onboarding and activation to usage, expansion, and retention. This is a high-ownership leadership position where you will build and lead a team while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Key ResponsibilitiesπΉ Own the full strategy and execution for product-led growth across the customer lifecycle
πΉ Build and lead a world-class Growth & Adoption Team
πΉ Identify product touchpoints and customer journeys that drive acquisition, activation, and repeat usage
πΉ Run data-driven experiments to improve onboarding, feature discovery, and conversion
πΉ Work with Product & Engineering to enable self-serve product adoption and in-product guidance
πΉ Define success metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure growth performance
πΉ Align growth initiatives with organizational goals and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profileβ 4+ years leading product growth/adoption initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS or product-first company
β Experience building and scaling self-serve user growth
Β β Strong understanding of user behaviour, product onboarding, adoption funnels, and growth experimentation
β Leadership mindset β ability to hire, mentor and drive high-performance execution
β Hands-on analytical approach using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.
