Mission of the Position:
The Revenue Operations Analyst (ROA) is a critical member of the go-to-market team. The ROA primary focus will be producing metrics-based reporting, insights, and analysis from various tools and data sets, specifically in the sales, customer success, and marketing. The goal is to identify, unlock, and materialize value for the Xurrent business and our clients.
Through analysis of data and metrics, the ROA will identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic initiatives forward. The ROA will maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for financial and sales, and marketing performance. They'll also assist in creating key company reports and developing presentation materials to communicate insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue data and sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the business planning cycle for Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations, including territory management design and upkeep. This involves quota setting, compensation, managing splits and holds, and capacity modeling to meet specific organizational data needs and business particularities.
- Assist in the development and distribution of compensation plans to motivate and reward sales and customer success hires, and report monthly and quarterly commission payouts accurately to accounting in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain GTM reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to the GTM team and leadership.
- Collaborate on the creation and ongoing refinement of essential company reports, including but not limited to, quarterly board meeting presentations and weekly CEO forecasting reports.
- Work together with Training & Enablement, GTM Admin and Pre-Sales Engineers to establish robust education of GTM platforms used by the sales organization to ensure adequate understanding of the information presented.
- Build and maintain a resource library for all training materials related to the GTM systems and processes.
- Ensure quality of account, opportunity, and user object level in SFDC through reporting & CRM hygiene to maintain integrity and governance.
- Support the QBR and Business Management cycles to drive business insights, sales performance management, and course correction
- Develop presentation materials and weekly reports to communicate key insights from the analysis when needed.
- Support coordination of efforts on strategic initiatives including key divisional programs and activities focused on delivery of business priorities and communications
Requirements:
- 1-3 years operational capacity within Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Finance, or Management Consulting roles with preference in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience using GTM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Lusha
- Experience working in high-growth rapidly changing organizations directly with multiple sales leader stakeholders and teams
- Data analysis skills - able to gather data and utilize tools and algorithms to build various reports and analyses to provide visibility into business critical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving ability - to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution to the head of the team
- Critical thinker and self-starter - take complete ownership and accountability.
- Excellent time/priority management skills - Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
