FlatPeak is an enterprise SaaS platform that connects to energy suppliers worldwide and provides real-time electricity prices to devices, enabling them to use lower-cost energy.
The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual who's interested in global business and technology to accelerate their career in enterprise SaaS sales. You will gain hands-on experience with client communications, tools and cross-functional collaboration β with clear paths to grow into SDR or AE roles.
What you will do
You will be the backbone of our sales team, responsible for streamlining processes, managing data, and enabling the team to perform at their best. Youβll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, support and finance to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and efficient use of resources.
π§© Pipeline Support
- Track opportunities and support sales execs
- Qualify and route inbound leads
- Maintain CRM data accuracy
- Share meeting agendas, notes & follow-ups
- Draft and proof decks, proposals and RFPs
- Liaise with marketing, ops & product teams to support sales
- Produce monthly performance reports
βΉοΈ Customer Support
- Key role with Chinese customers and partners
- Ensure customer queries are routed to relevant team member and responded
- Ensure customers are updated at least every 48 hours
- Maintain customer support rota
Your skills & experience:
- Experience working in sales operations (ideally)
- Bachelor degree (ideally)
- Native mandarin
- Native or fluent professional english
- Right to work in UK & ability to travel to mainland China
