As we plan our next phase of expansion and prepare for a structured leadership transition, Looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President – Business & Delivery to anchor this growth.
What You’ll Do
As VP – Business & Delivery, you will be the operational engine behind the vision, working closely with the founders to:
- Drive revenue growth by scaling our billed consultant base incrementally with year on year headcount growth.
- Lead the delivery engine, ensuring high fulfilment speed, quality, and profitability.
- Develop and execute client acquisition and expansion strategies across key verticals.
- Build, mentor, and manage our talent, sales, operations, and delivery teams — creating a strong second line of leadership.
- Oversee internal operations, governance, and standard operating procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the bridge between the founding team and daily operations, with a clear path to evolve into a key executive in Shenzyn as the business transitions.
What You’ll Bring
- 15 years of progressive experience in Technology services, Augmentation, or proffesional services
- Proven track record in scaling billing headcount, margin management, and large account growth
- Hands-on leadership style — equally comfortable with clients, delivery teams, and back-office ops
- Strong financial acumen with a knack for building profitable P&L
- Excellent people management and team-building capabilities
